Offer Terms and Conditions

The offer is valid for contracts starting from 01/12/2025, provided there are no outstanding debts or payment arrangements with the previous provider, regardless of consumption levels.
Applies to energy customers connected to the interconnected low voltage grid, for residential and business supply, covering day and night consumption.
The preferential price is applied when all previous bills have been paid on time and without outstanding balances. Otherwise, the published price list remains in effect.
The discount amount will be credited to the first bill issued after the consumption clearance bill and will apply to the previous billing cycle, provided all bills have been paid on time.
Adjustment of weighted average supply cost: The energy price may be adjusted in accordance with Article 6.3 of the general terms of the electricity supply contract.
The night consumption price is 0.0765 €/kWh, and not the initial price, as no consistency discount applies to night consumption.
Discounts apply only to the competitive part of the tariff and only to day consumption charges.
